Shipping and delivery
Your goods are sent with Postnord.
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices are free for purchases over DKK 699. Your goods will be delivered in a Postnord parcel box or to the delivery address specified when ordering.
We deliver to the entire EU. Here, the limit for free shipping is 300 EUR.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, please contact mail to kontakt@kristianjuul.dk or directly to Postnord's customer service.
Goods are delivered Monday-Saturday. Your item will be shipped within 3-5 business days after ordering. The delivery time after dispatch is 1-2 working days.
Prices
At Kristian Juul Aps, we reserve the right for any errors in stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change the prices without prior consent. Reservations are made for out-of-stock items.
Exchange and return
You have 14 days of exchange and return right from the day you receive your goods. If you want to return an item and get the money back or exchange the item for another, you must inform about it at kontakt@kristianjuul.dk . You cannot return the item by simply refusing to receive the item, without at the same time giving a clear message by email. Goods which have been manufactured according to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch cannot be returned, unless a special agreement has been concluded for that particular item.
In order to speed up the return, you should state your order number and the name of your order in the email.

You pay for postage yourself.
Once the item has been received, your money will be refunded. Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. It may take 5-10 days before you can see the money in your account. If you still haven't received the money after 10 days of being notified of the refund, you should contact us.
If you want a different product, you just order from the webshop again.
Complaint
Should you unexpectedly discover errors or defects that are not caused by wear and tear, please contact us. Then we find out whether the product needs to be repaired, exchanged for a new item or returned with a refund. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product.
In the event of a return for a complaint, you send an email to kontakt@kristianjuul.dk and mark in the email that it is a complaint . In order to speed up the return, you should state your order number and the name of your order in the email.
In the event of a complaint, Kristian Juul ApS pays for the return postage.
Shipments are not accepted per cash on delivery.

If you do not want information to be collected, you should delete your cookies and refrain from further use of the website. Below we have elaborated on which information is collected, its purpose and which third parties have access to it.

The website uses cookies, which is a text file that is stored on your computer, mobile or similar for the purpose of recognizing the device, remembering settings, performing statistics and targeting ads. Cookies cannot contain harmful code such as viruses.
It is possible to delete or block cookies in your browser.
If you delete or block cookies, you may risk that the website does not function optimally or that there is content that you cannot access.

In general
Personal information is all kinds of information that to one extent or another can be attributed to you. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information. This happens, for example, with regular access to content, if you sign up for newsletters, participate in competitions or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, otherwise use services or make purchases via the website.
Security
We process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Personal Data Regulation and the Data Protection Act.
Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.
We have taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.
Treatment basis and purpose
The information is used to identify you as a user, to register your purchases and payments, and to be able to deliver the services you have requested. In addition, we use the information to optimize our products, services and the content on the website
If you wish to purchase and receive a product or service from Kristian Juul ApS, we need to collect certain personal data in order to complete the transaction and to be able to offer you our services. For example, we can use cookies to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket while you use our webshop.
We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographic location, and which pages you click on.
To the extent that you enter the information yourself, we collect and process additional information. We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to respond to messages or deliver the product you have purchased from us. We collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation. In connection with purchases, we collect and process name, e-mail address, postal address, delivery address (if it differs from postal address), telephone number, payment information and IP address.
Period of storage
The information is kept for the period of time permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.
We will only keep your personal data for as long as we are either under a legal obligation to do so, or as long as it is relevant to the purpose for which it was collected. For example, to ensure that you can return to the products you have placed in the basket or view your order history.
Disclosure of information
We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.
We have our domain at One.com and payment system through Stripe, which acts as our data processor. All personal data that you provide on our website will be stored in One.com's data centers.
We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors, and in certain cases they process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. The data processors only process information on our behalf in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors and may not use it for their own purposes.
Your rights, insights and complaints
You have the right to be informed about which personal data we process about you in a common format (data portability). You can also object to the use of information at any time. You can also revoke your consent for information about you to be processed. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. If you want to complain about our processing of your personal data, you also have the option of contacting the Norwegian Data Protection Authority .
If you no longer wish for us to process your personal data or for us to limit the processing of your personal data, you can also send us a request to this effect to the above email address.
