Exchange and return
You have 14 days of exchange and return right from the day you receive your goods. If you want to return an item and get the money back or exchange the item for another, you must inform about it at firstname.lastname@example.org . You cannot return the item by simply refusing to receive the item, without at the same time giving a clear message by email. Goods which have been manufactured according to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch cannot be returned, unless a special agreement has been concluded for that particular item.
In order to speed up the return, you should state your order number and the name of your order in the email.

Once the item has been received, your money will be refunded. Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. It may take 5-10 days before you can see the money in your account. If you still haven't received the money after 10 days of being notified of the refund, you should contact us.
If you want a different product, you just order from the webshop again.
Should you unexpectedly discover errors or defects that are not caused by wear and tear, please contact us. Then we find out whether the product needs to be repaired, exchanged for a new item or returned with a refund. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product.
In the event of a return for a complaint, you send an email to email@example.com and mark in the email that it is a complaint . In order to speed up the return, you should state your order number and the name of your order in the email.
In the event of a complaint, Kristian Juul ApS pays for the return postage.
Shipments are not accepted per cash on delivery.
