Exchange and return

You have 14 days to return or exchange your item from the day you receive it. If you wish to return an item and get your money back or exchange it for another item, please inform us at kontakt@kristianjuul.dk . When exchanging or returning goods, the products must be returned in their original packaging. You cannot return the goods by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving a clear message by email. Goods that are manufactured according to your specifications or have been clearly personalized cannot be returned unless a special agreement has been made for that particular item.

To expedite the return, you should include your order number and the name your order is in in the email.

Afterwards, you must send the item back safely to:

You pay for postage yourself.

Once the item has been received, your money will be refunded. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. It may take 5-10 days for the money to appear in your account. If you have not received the money within 10 days of being notified of the refund, please contact us.

If you want a different item, just order from the webshop again.

Complaint

Should you unexpectedly discover errors or defects that are not caused by wear and tear, please contact us. We will then determine whether the product should be repaired, exchanged for a new item or returned for a refund. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product.

In the event of a return due to a complaint, please send an email to kontakt@kristianjuul.dk and indicate in the email that it is a complaint . To expedite the return, please include your order number and the name your order is in.

In the event of a complaint, Kristian Juul ApS pays for the return postage.

Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.
